| I met you at Shades of Green, what a wonderful book and what a wonderful person to take the time out to personaly spend with the many girls who visited the event. I know my girls are very interested in your book. I think that will be our troop birthday present for the year (that way each girl will get a copy on their birthday). | I met you at the Big Read event in Clayton on Oct 6. I am just personally blown away by what you have accomplished. We "Big" girls need encouragement too! I have been a Girl Scout leader for 10+ years and am also getting involved as a parent volunteer at Girls Inc. I can't wait to spread the news about your book to both organizations.
